As our founder, Jo-Anne McArthur, celebrates her 50th birthday, you can help ensure the photojournalism she helped shape continues to inspire change for animals around the world.
For decades, Jo has documented the lives of animals hidden from public view. The work she started has grown into a critical resource for those working to create a better world for animals. Monthly donors (We Animals Allies) stabilize and sustain our organization, and make this work possible year-round.

Because most animals live and die in terrible conditions outside of public view, and We Animals exists to change that.
We document their lives through animal photojournalism and share those images with advocates, educators, journalists, and organizations working for change.

- editing, captioning, archiving, and distribution
